How do you ship your orders?

All of our shipping is done via FedEx Priority Overnight, which is next day delivery. You may request that your order be held at your local FedEx Hold Station if that's a more convenient option.

What's your Cancellation Policy?

An order must be cancelled more than 48 hours before the intended shipping date. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the ship date are non-refundable.

What is your Return Policy?

At WholesaleGarland.com we do our best to only handle the nicest and freshest cut foliage available. All orders are fully inspected before shipping, as quality is our top priority. If your order arrives and there is a problem of any kind, please reach out to us within 24 hours and include some pictures showing the problem. Our first choice is to always replace it. If for some reason that is not an option, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion. This is extremely rare, but it's definitely possible, considering it is fresh product we work with. At the end of the day customer satisfaction is our ultimate focus.
